All swim: Sunday - Thursday 8:00am - 9:00pm
Friday - Saturday 8:00am - 10:00pm
THE POOL GATE LOCKS APPROX. 15 MINS. AFTER CLOSING TIME, IF YOU DO NOT EXIT BEFORE THEN YOU WILL BE LOCKED IN. ANYONE OBSERVED IN THE POOL AREA OUTSIDE OF THESE HOURS IS TRESPASSING AND THE POLICE WILL BE CALLED - NO EXCEPTIONS.
Lost & Found Items at the Pool
Be sure to check the plastic box outside of the bathrooms for any item you might have left at the pool.
If you find something, please provide information about the item(s) and how the owner can contact you to retrieve them using the Contact Us form. A notice will be posted here OR you can post the item on the Facebook page.
An accounting of membership dues that have been paid and cleared will be ran prior to the Friday of the week before the Memorial Day weekend. Those who have paid will have their gate cards re-activated, those that have not, will not be re-activated. The same cards are used year after year. Any lost magnetic cards require a $10.00 fee to be paid for replacement. [Note: If CCOA dues are not paid until May (just before pool opens), access to the pool cannot be guaranteed for Opening Weekend. PLEASE pay your dues in plenty of time to ensure you and your family can participate in the fun!]

Annual Dues
2024 Annual Dues ($350.00) - due by March 31, 2025**, before late fees are applied. **Dues will need to be paid prior to start of annual meeting 2/23/2025 in order to vote
Invoices will be mailed out the week of January 13th. If you have not received your 2024 dues invoice, please notify the board of directors ASAP via email: cobblecreekowners@gmail.com
If you have not paid your 2024 annual dues, please do so. Unpaid dues incur a 10% late fee penalty at the end of each quarter, as stated on all invoices.
NO CASH PAYMENTS WILL BE ACCEPTED!!
If you find that you do not have the time to volunteer, but would like to generously donate additional money to the CCOA to help out, please feel free to do so. It is very much appreciated.

The Pool rules
Pool Rules
Cobble Creek Pool Rules and Regulations
Hours: Sunday – Thursday 8:00 am – 9:00 pm / Friday – Saturday 8:00 am – 10:00 pm
No Lifeguard on Duty. Swim at your own risk. Absolutely no one is allowed in restricted areas.
Pool Emergency: A first aid kit is available in the women’s restroom under the sink. If a major accident occurs, please contact 911 immediately as well as a member of the CCOA Board. Pool Address id 703 Mining Camp.
Guests: Only dues-paying residents and their guests (maximum of 6 guests per household) are permitted in the pool area. All guests are to be accompanied by a member and must leave when the member leaves. Members are expected to follow this limit in consideration of others. **Children 14-17 are allowed to bring 1 guest to the pool without a parent/guardian present.
Pool Contamination: Disposable swim diapers must be worn by all children in the pools who are not potty trained. Immediately notify a board member if a fecal accident occurs or if you see feces in the pool. No infectious person in the pool. Swimmers should not enter the pool with open wounds.
Rule Violations: Pool privileges will be at risk if rules are violated by residents/guests; up to and including suspension of access for the remainder of the season. This also includes anybody caught sneaking into the pool both during and after hours.
At All Times:
1. Every household is responsible for ensuring that all family members and their guests understand and follow the rules set by the Cobble Creek Owners Association.
2. Children under 14 years of age are not allowed in the pool area without a parent (must be 16 or older and a family member to accompany children under 14 to the pool). No exceptions!
3. The baby pool is for small children only, adult supervision is required.
4. CCOA members are financially liable for any damages due to their misconduct or guest misconduct and are subject to losing pool privileges for the remainder of the season.
5. No abusive or offensive language allowed. No diving, running, loud music, horseplay or irresponsible behavior. Parents are responsible for their children’s behavior at all times.
6. Only pool toys are allowed in the pool; rafts and other floating devices are allowed. Please do not bring any toys that are not made for the pool.
7. No inappropriate swimwear is allowed to be worn in the pool or around the pool area, this includes but not limited to; undergarments, thongs, Brazillians, or speedos. No cut-offs or street clothes are allowed to be worn in the pool.
8. No glass containers of any kind, gum, tobacco use, pets, grills/smokers, unauthorized vendors, bikes, skateboards, scooters, or other wheeled vehicles in the enclosed area. “Koozies” and plastic cups must be used.
9. Food must be kept on the pool deck, no eating in the pool. Dispose of trash in the trash bins provided.
10. CCOA is not responsible for stolen items. A lost and found bin is available, but will be cleaned out periodically.
11. If thunder is heard or lightning is seen, all swimmers must exit the pool area immediately.
